Domain Expiry Monitoring
Why this matters
A domain that lapses takes down everything on it — the site, email, every monitor pointed at it — all at once, and it's easy for a renewal to slip through the cracks on a domain nobody thinks about day to day. Domain Expiry Monitoring checks the registration itself, ahead of time, the same way SSL Expiry Monitoring checks a certificate.
How it works
Dumza looks up each monitor's domain registration data automatically — nothing to turn on or configure. A domain whose registration is still years out is left alone; Dumza only starts actively rechecking it once it's within about 6 months of expiring, so a healthy domain isn't repeatedly queried for no reason.
Where to see it
Open any monitor's detail page — you'll see how many days remain before its domain registration expires. This is visible on every plan, including free.
When you get alerted
You're warned once the registration is within 30 days of expiring. Actual alert notifications (to your configured channels) are a Starter-plan-and-above feature — visibility on the monitor page is free on every plan.
If you renew the domain
Nothing to dismiss manually — the next recheck simply sees the new expiry date, the warning clears on its own, and you'd get warned again ahead of the new one's own expiry.
