A failed payment doesn't cut you off immediately
If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays active for a grace period before anything changes — enough time for a retried card or an updated payment method to go through without interrupting your monitoring.
Cancelling
Cancelling keeps your current plan active until the end of the billing period you already paid for — you're not cut off the moment you cancel.
Downgrading with more monitors than the new plan allows
If you move to a plan with a lower monitor limit than you currently have active, Dumza automatically pauses the oldest ones down to your new limit (your newest monitors stay active) rather than deleting anything — you can pick which ones matter and reactivate them if you upgrade again later.
