Alert Channels
Always available on every plan. Add an email address directly on a monitor or heartbeat check's alert-channel settings — no linking step required.
Webhook
Dumza POSTs a signed JSON payload to any URL you provide, on every down/recovery event (and now SSL/heartbeat events too). Each webhook channel gets its own secret, used to sign requests with an HMAC-SHA256 signature (sent as a header) so your receiver can verify the request genuinely came from Dumza. See the Webhook Integration article for the exact payload shape and how to verify the signature.
Telegram
Connect once from Settings: it opens a chat with Dumza's bot, you press Start, and your Telegram account is linked to your Dumza account. After that, add "Telegram" as a channel on any monitor or heartbeat check and pick your linked chat — no need to re-link per monitor.
Slack
Connect once from Settings via Slack OAuth — Dumza creates (or reuses) a single channel in your workspace (alerts-dumza) that all your Slack-routed alerts post into. Like Telegram, you link the workspace once and then just add "Slack" as a channel wherever you want alerts.
Per-item configuration
Alert channels are configured per monitor and per heartbeat check individually, not account-wide — a monitor with zero channels attached simply won't notify anyone when it goes down (it still tracks uptime and shows in your dashboard). Add at least one channel to anything you actually want to hear about.
